Our friends at Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMoCA) would like you to know about the following:
Attention all art lovers! elephantjournal.com and BMoCA are proud to host the annual Open Wall and silent auction to benefit the arts community.
Friday, January 22 at 7pm
This event is open to artists of all mediums and all ages (children welcome). Space is first come, first serve, and typically fills up fast. DOORS OPEN AT 7PM, nails and hammers provided.
Citizen Artists: If you would like to sell your piece, a silent auction will take place from 8 – 10pm to raise money to support the museum…and to support you (a 50/50 split)!
Or, looking to purchase original, fine art? Our silent auction is a great way to support the museum and local artists, and uplift your walls.
Additionally, the museum’s upstairs gallery will feature elephantjournal.com’s selection of community artists. This specially curated space will also offer a grouping of eco-art pieces, complete with
“do-it-yourself” tips for “greening” your studio.
The evening will include music by Harper Phillips and a cash bar with beer generously provided by New Belgium Brewery. Admission is a $5 suggested donation.
